📋 Role Overview:
The Klaviyo Client Manager will oversee client communication, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This role requires leading bi-weekly client meetings, conducting weekly internal meetings, and consistently collaborating with the delivery team for flawless project execution.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and bi-weekly strategy calls.
- Ensure seamless project execution in coordination with the delivery team.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to align project goals and strategies.
- Strategize and manage promotional email campaigns in alignment with broader marketing efforts.
- Lead and manage communication across the team of designers, copywriters, and project managers.
- Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Potentially manage a portfolio of 12-15 clients on a full time position, growing incrementally.
- Maintain high standards of quality across all email content and strategies.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and conversational English skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in client management, team management, and Klaviyo email marketing.
- A proven track record of managing multiple e-commerce clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and analytics.
