As a Creative Strategist at TAS Digital, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling ad campaigns specifically for platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your role will involve developing creative briefs, writing engaging copy, conducting thorough market research, and applying marketing psychology to design ads that resonate with target audiences.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Concept & Briefing (UGC): Develop detailed concepts and scripts for net-new content to be filmed by creators. Collaborate with UGC Managers to select the right talent for these concepts (without managing the creators yourself).
- Concept & Briefing (Repurposing): Create editing concepts that repurpose existing client content. Provide clear, actionable briefs to the design/video editing team to turn raw assets into polished ads.
- Static Ad Strategy: Conceptualize high-converting static ad variations (images, graphics) that drive performance and stop the scroll.
- AI Implementation: Leverage AI tools to streamline production and innovation—including creating AI-generated UGC (avatars/voiceovers) and enhancing static ads with generative AI.
- Copywriting: Write persuasive copy, scripts, and storyboards that align with client objectives.
- Research & Psychology: Conduct in-depth research and apply marketing psychology to inform tactics and enhance ad effectiveness.
- Design Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment and execution on both static and video deliverables.
- Strategy Management: Manage the creative strategy for approximately 3-5 clients (Part-Time).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and platform updates for Meta and TikTok.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Strategist, specifically in creating ads for Meta and TikTok.
- Proven ability in brief creation, copywriting, and conducting market research.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, AI video generators) for ad creation.
- Strong grasp of marketing tactics and psychology.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams (specifically with Design and UGC Management).
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Has contributed to the creation of at least 100 ads.
- Preferably has worked in an agency environment and managed at least 5 clients simultaneously.
